Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policy
NOW SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
Our website is currently set up to ship orders to those located in Canada, the United States (continental, Alaska & Hawaiian Islands), Australia, New Zealand, France, Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom.
If you are located somewhere we do not currently ship and wish to place an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE - Pure Form Omega Liquid is NOT available to customers in Canada.
Our Canadian orders are shipped out of Toronto, Ontario and our US & International orders are shipped out of Traverse City, Michigan.
Canadian Customers: No orders will be traveling over the US border, thus will not incur any additional duties and/or taxes, unless otherwise specified.
International Customers: You will be responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may incur once your order has arrived in your country for processing. We highly recommend adding shipping insurance to international orders.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.
- Canada: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar
- USA: USPS, FedEx
- International: USPS-ePost Global Packet
Your orders will be processed within two (2) business days of the order being placed. Canadian and US order will be delivered to you in five-seven (5-7) business days. International Orders will be delivered to you in seven-fifteen (7-15) business days.
Note – we do not ship out on weekends or federal holidays observed in the respective shipping country.
Pure Life Science currently uses a third party shipping insurance company, Route Shipping Insurance. Route Shipping Insurance provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen (not applicable for returns or cancellations).
Route Shipping Insurance is NOT added automatically to your order. In order to use Route Shipping Insurance you must add it to your cart before ordering.
NOTE - We HIGHLY recommend adding shipping insurance to International Orders.
Should there be an issue with your shipment and you need to film a claim, please click this link and enter your order information, as well as the issue you're experiencing with your shipment.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to process refunds and/or accept returns of any open bottles.
Should you bottle still be sealed, and you wish to return it for a refund, please contact us at email@example.com. We can offer you a refund for the cost of any unopened bottles and any applicable taxes, however we cannot offer a refund of the shipping fee.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within fourteen (14) days of your order being placed at firstname.lastname@example.org. When you contact us, please supply us with your name/the name that was used to place your order, order number and reason for your return.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Traverse City, Michigan (for any USA & International orders), or Mississauga, Ontario (for any Canadian orders). Any return shipments require a tracking number, which must be sent to email@example.com before the shipment arrives.
Your refund will be processed to the card/PayPal account on file once the returned product has been received.
Regular Orders: Once a regular order has been successfully processed, the order cannot be cancelled. You are responsible for making sure the correct information entered into your order is correct. Should you notice a mistake AFTER the order has been processed, contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will do our best to assist you in rectifying the issue.
Recurring Orders: Recurring orders may be cancelled up to two (2) business days before their next process date. You may cancel, postpone or adjust your recurring order online from your account here.
If you would prefer us to cancel, postpone or adjust your recurring order for you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note – we do not cancel recurring orders over the phone, we require email confirmations for any manual cancellations.
You will receive an automated email from email@example.com three (3) days before your next process date. At this time, please carefully require all order information (shipping address, billing address, order date, order frequency, product[s] and product quantity) upon receiving the email and make any necessary changes up to two (2) days before the order is scheduled to process.
