We recommend following the same dosing guidelines as for adults, 1 capsule for every 30lbs of a consumer's bodyweight (Pure Form Omega Natural) or 1/4 teaspoon for every 30lbs of a consumer's bodyweight (Pure Form Omega Liquid).

Due to the size of Pure Form Omega Natural's capsules, we do recommend taking Pure Form Omega Natural with water for safe swallowing.

Our refrigeration recommendations vary depending on the product;

Pure Form Omega Natural is extremely temperature stable and is fine to be left out at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Pure Form Omega Natural will also be stable if stored in the fridge.

Pure Form Omega Liquid should be stored in the fridge after opening and consumed within 2 months of opening.

Should you bottle still be sealed, and you wish to return it for a refund, please contact us at sales@pureformomega.com. We can offer you a refund for the cost of any unopened bottles and any applicable taxes, however we cannot offer a refund of the shipping fee.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of your order being placed at sales@pureformomega.com. When you contact us, please supply us with your name/the name that was used to place your order, order number and reason for your return.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Traverse City, Michigan (for any USA orders), or Mississauga, Ontario (for any Canadian orders). Any return shipments require a tracking number, which must be sent to sales@pureformomega.com before the shipment arrives.

Your refund will be processed to the card/PayPal account on file once the returned product has been received.

Regular Orders: Once a regular order has been successfully processed, the order cannot be cancelled. You are responsible for making sure the correct information entered into your order is correct.

Should you notice a mistake AFTER the order has been processed, contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will do our best to assist you in rectifying the issue.

Recurring Orders: Recurring orders may be cancelled up to two (2) business days before their next process date. You may cancel, postpone or adjust your recurring order online here by following these steps.
