Alan Wiggins
I recently completed a 125km trail race called the Canadian Death Race, on of the world's toughest adventure races in Grand Cache, Alberta in August, 2014. I competed in the 40-49 age group. The 125 km course begins and ends on a 4200 foot plateau, passes over three mountain summits and includes over 17,000 feet of elevation change and a major river crossing at Hell's Gate canyon at the confluence of the Smoky and Sulphur Rivers.
For training, I ran over 100 km per week for the 8 weeks prior. Previous to that I completed a 50 mile race in Finger Lakes NY. I have consistently been taking Pure Form Omega® and have noticed that my cardio is great and my body has continued to hold up during this excessive amount of training and competing.
